Week 55 | Aberdeen, Scotland

HELLO!

So last week was pretty long, and loads of stuff happened! For pday we played some football with the elders then painted some eggs for Easter! It was pretty fun actually! And the weather was just perfect, which is rare!

We had some more exchanges with the STL's (all 4 of us in Aberdeen though) and I was with sister Douglas this time. She is pretty cool, I went on an exchange with her in Alloa a while back. We get on pretty well so it was a fun couple of days! We had pizza and Kool-Aid slushies’ at night and it was like a proper slumber party. I really enjoy exchanges, it’s fun to mix things up a bit.

We are still teaching Jessica and Roger. Jessica is amazing! She just accepts everything and we even get random texts from her throughout the day asking questions about certain things she had read in the book of Mormon! It keeps us on our toes, especially the other day she asked about the lost tribes of Israel.. So I did some research on it with brother Brewster while sister Crawley and sister Brewster practiced some songs to sing in church. I learned SO MUCH! I think that is something great about being on a mission, is that I actually want to learn and have been able to study and get things out of it when I do! Roger is also doing well. He is still asking plenty of questions about things and we are starting to run out of things to teach him!

We had our first Zone Development yesterday (hence me emailing on Tuesday). I don’t know if I told you much about what it is. It is a new thing we are doing once a transfer. We get together as a whole zone and just hang out. We get to know our zone better and it’s a good way to take our minds off the stress of missionary life. President Brown is the greatest mission president ever. He really cares about us and is always looking for ways to help us. I love this mission!

Love, Sister Hulet
