Hulets, So it is my first night here and I already love it. My companion is super nice and she reminds me of Kelsey Dix so I already like her. We are in a room with 4 other girls and it is cramped! Oh, her name is Sister Covey, by the way. shes from Alpine. We have two girls in our room going to our mission, then nthe other two are going to chile. They speak Spanish a lot. I just smile and nod and throw in a "si" every now and then.
The reason I am writing to you tonight is because the President told us all to. We are supposed to tell you our P day is not until next Friday, so I only get one day to write home while I'm in the MTC, so Mom calm down!
Our district is cool. Six elders and four sisters (our roommates and us). Two of the boys are actually from Cedar City! One went to Cedar and the other to Canyon View, but I don't kow them. We're all going to Scotland/Ireland. Our teachers are awesome! They are so funny. I laughed like super hard all day today!
I am realizing very quickly how opinionated people can be. Some sisters like to outshine others with their vast knowledge of the gospel. But I lucked out with my district sisters.
Well, I just had to write to tell you that, and HOPEFULLY you will get an email Friday. Otherwise, talk to ya in Scotland! Love, Sister Hulet
