MTC week 2

HEY!
So, Salt Lake went swimmingly on Wednesday so my visa is being processed or whatever that means and hopefully i can fly out tuesday morning with the rest of my district but the thing is that i wont know if i can until monday night so... fingers crossed!
Okay Easter sunday was so great here! we went to a devotional and heard the presiding bishop causse and his wife talk, and they were french so i didnt even fall asleep! we then went to a night devotional and heard Sheri Dew talk. she is very intimidating in person and i feel like she looks like that old lady in the 5 timers(snl), i cant remember her name but she's the villan on miss congeniality! anyway, she is really cool to hear live. Afterwards we had to choose a room to watch an old talk and we tried to get into ucdorfs but it was full but it turned out to be a good thing because we went and watched a talk by elder bednar called recognizing the holy ghost, it was an old talk that he had given to the mtc like forever ago and it was honestly the greatest talk i've ever heard! we all loved it so much! he was just so cool in this video, and he even said "conference is not a time to be silly and laugh a lot but the mtc is" or something like that (not a direct quote) but i just loved it! he said to quit worrying if what you're feeling is the spirit and to just go with life! amazing.
So people keep asking me about the mtc food and here is my official review: Love it! All the other folks i'm with (the other 3 sisters, and some elders) dont like it and they complain all the time and i have decided that i have been unknowingly building up amunities to this crappy kind of food for the last few months because i ate out so much and was eating candy 24/7. Speaking of candy, thank you EVERYONE who sent me sweets. i have been happily eating them all day every day. Namely, Alyssa and Spencer for the Delish cupcakes! my roommates are also very appreciative. The Sanders for the box of candy bars, it was like heaven in a box. Mom and dad for ALL the candy and cookies and everything! i will try to send a picture of my desk covered with it all! Also, i have eaten the doritos dinamites with queso before, after, and for almost every meal with sister ricks. i dont know why that stuff is just so great! i love it a little too much, as evident in the pictures.... So also, i know i have said it before but my roommates are the greatest! I wish i could send all of my pictures so you can understand how awesome they are. but these few should do!
We got to go to the temple today! it was super fun! Also, our progressive investigator is going well, his name is felix and he was basptist but he wants to learn more about our gospel, and sister covey and i teach him a few days a week. the only thing is, he's really our teacher role playing so that is very intimidating and i say a lottt of wrong things and am like "wait, no, ummmm" but hey it's been a week! I have learned to much this week though and it has FLOWN by! if my mission goes this fast they are going to have to force me out of Scotland and Ireland cuz i will not be leaving on my own! Well i should go but i hope all is well back home and I will let you know if possible when i will be leaving here and where to... kind of fun not knowing.
Love, Sister Hulet
Pictures are pretty self explanitory but we're in the laundry room writing letters in one….

P.S. i almost forgot! Sister Covey and i felt super cool driving up to Salt Lake in our car! like the driver was wearing his suit and we just felt like rich fancy people! ALSO! in the back seat with us, was a box of imunizations that we delivered to the church office building, and who were they for? THE APOSTLES! wow okay it seemed way cooler at the time but, it was a fun little adventure to the imigration offices :)
